With the passing of our good friend Dave Quaresima this week the NEPL Umpire meeting and NEPL Board meeting scheduled for this Wednesday will be canceled so that all can attend the viewing of this great man. For those who did not know Dave he was the gentelman who provided all of our trophies, all-star shirts, umpire equipment, etc for the league for 20 years. Dave was truely a great man and part ...of the NEPL family. Please honor Dave by wearing your NEPL shirt with pride because I know he took pride in all of his great work. David Michael Quaresima, a resident of Warrington for the past 18 years,
formerly of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, at
Doylestown Hospital. He was 51. David was the loving husband of Beverly Ann (Rygalski) Quaresima.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of Michael and Phyllis Quaresima. David was a 1978 graduate of Arch Bishop Ryan. He was the owner and operator of Blue Ribbon Awards of Philadelphia for
the past 23 years.David was a true family man. He was very dedicated to his family, and
was a loving father and husband. He enjoyed spending time with his
family. He also enjoyed cooking, gardening and remodeling his family's
home.
In addition to his wife and parents, David is survived by two daughters,
Jennifer and Michelle; a sister, Linda Camp and her husband, William;
and two nephews, Kenny and Justin.
Relatives and friends are invited to David's funeral service at 11 a.m.
Thursday, Feb. 2, at Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington,
where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and
from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial
Park
