Some notes on the Rules of BASEBALL & SOFTBALL. Each season the NEPL reviews the previous season’s rules and makes changes in the spirit of fairness, consistency and competition and these changes are incorporated into the current season’s rules. The 2010 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL rules are Now APPROVED.
