Coaches please note it is YOUR responsibility to make and hand in ALL STAR & SKILLS COMPETITION Names to your Division Director. Furthermore, if a selected player(s) are not available on June 14 & 15th
YOU must Select ALTERNATE(s) to substitute in their place. Failure to send players WILL result in your Team being EXPELLED from the PLAYOFFS. This is a NORTHEAST PEANUT LEAGUE Rule, it is in the RULE BOOK and there are NO EXCEPTIONS!

THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON that a players name is OMITTED from the program because a coach failed to supply the information prior to the printing deadline. Imagine if a player’s parent, grandparent or other family member attending received a program and when looking in it saw the following: XYZ Youth Organization: NO NAMES SUBMITTED. These players deserve to be recognized. Please make sure you hand in you Selection to your Division Director and have the correct spelling.
Coaches are reminded it is THEIR responsibility to find out about any religious function which could cause the League to
reschedule a game. This MUST be done THROUGH YOUR DIRECTOR at least 72 hours PRIOR to the scheduled game.
Less than 72 hours notice is call for a forfeit regardless of the situation. Remember you must contact the DIVISION DIRECTOR
not an umpire, commissioner or other board member.
Rain days and Unplayable fields:

If it has been raining or you have an unplayable field you should contact your Division Director as soon as possible if you cannot play your game.
You Must also call the opposing coach advising him of the status of the game.

7-8 & 9-10...............$21.00 PER TEAM ONE UMPIRE*
11-12.........................$23.00 PER TEAM ONE UMPIRE*
13-14 & 15-16........$48.00 PER TEAM *** 2 UMPIRES PER GAME
17-18.........................$50.00 PER TEAM*** 2 UMPIRES PER GAME


IN THE EVENT THERE IS ONLY ONE UMPIRE AVAILABLE IN 13-14 OR 15-16 THE TOTAL FEE IS $72.00 ($36.00 PER TEAM)
IN THE EVENT THERE IS ONLY ONE UMPIRE AVAILABLE IN 17-18 THE TOTAL FEE IS $75.00 ($37.00 PER TEAM).
THE SINGLE UMPIRE FEES ABOVE ARE SHARED BY EACH TEAM.

* PLAYOFFS IN 7/8, 9/10 & 11/12 WILL HAVE 2 UMPIRES PER GAME
2009 BASEBALL UMPIRE FEES WERE RAISED FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2005. THE FEES FOR 2009 ARE:

Divisions 7/8, 9/10 & 11/12 $145.00 per team.

13/14, 15/16 & 17/18 $155.00 Per team.
